County restores allyear park access

first_imgClark County’s recently approved 2011-12 budget includes funding to keep Clark County regional parks and boat launches open all year long and return lifeguards to Klineline Pond.In December 2009, $1.6 million in cuts to park maintenance and operations forced the county to close 10 regional parks, boat launches and trail heads in January and February. The new budget does not restore all of the cuts.
