It is about equality of opportunity for the people we all represent.“We left the meeting with Martin McGuinness reassured on the ongoing full commitment of the Northern Executive to progress the A5 works despite the set back for now in the Belfast High Court.”The Sinn Fein TD said we need the same reassurance from An Taoiseach on his Government’s share of the funding responsibilities moving forward.“I am hopeful of a positive outcome to this meeting. “In a sense the time delays caused by the High Court decision can fit more comfortably with the Government’s earlier decision to defer funding to the project, disappointing as that was at the time” ASSURANCES SOUGHT FROM TAOISEACH ON A5 PROJECT was last modified: July 25th, 2013 by StephenShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window) Tags:A5An TaoiseachPADRAIG MACLOCHLAINNlast_img read more
